However, Canada has a high standard for ESL teachers. In other words you will need certification. Don’t be disheartened, this will work in your favor, as you will have a legitimate industry from which seek employment. Similarly to America, it is certainly possible to start one’s own business in Canada if you have the confidence to speak English. This could be done in the interim until employment is found.
