The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) states that the demand for nurses in the US will soar by 26% by 2020. Opportunities are there for all.

Every foreigner that moves to Japan will experience challenges including a language barrier. However, there is no reason to feel distraught or despondent. With discipline and constant studying, you will improve.
